Our Commitment
Each programme of coaching, training and consultancy is personally
directed by our Directors, Dr David Bickerton and Helen Mattacott,
both highly qualified, experienced and with solid track records of
success in their chosen fields. Together they have gleaned over 60
years of expertise and know what does and does not work; they know
how to get the best out of people by listening to client needs.
Their goal is to get you implementing not just thinking.
Instead of consultants they prefer to be known as ‘resultants’ –
