Our academic sector trainer is fully qualified, an expert in her field, trained in behavioural profiling, counselling and coaching with a solid track record of training and coaching in academic environments.

We are able to offer individual training on a weekly or fortnightly basis either at our office or at yours; mini group training at our premises or at yours and bespoke training for as many staff as you require on a two half days or full day basis or over a longer period.

Profile of our Academic Trainer/Coach

Helen is a former School Principal, Managing Director of a series of management training centres, Head of Professional Services (Education and Welfare Officer) for English UK and Expert in Education for the Prime Minister’s Initiative (PMI1&2) for projects in the UK and overseas.

As well as having studied communication in her Masters, Helen is also trained and qualified in coaching, behavioural profiling and counselling.

 

Helen wrote and developed the Diploma in Educational Management for English UK, now nationally accepted as Management Qualification for English Language Course Managers in Schools, FE and HE; as well as three published manuals for management in academic institutions. She regularly speaks at management conferences in the UK and overseas as well as providing management training/executive coaching in a variety of industry sectors.
