Why we are different Helen Mattacott, our Director of Training, has a twenty year track record of providing training to people from overseas, working with the ODA and the British Council. With an RSA Dip TEFL and a Masters in Communication (Applied Linguistics), she is highly qualified to provide specific training to overseas doctors wishing to improve their communication skills as well as understanding the cultural norms for working in the UK. We can provide a flexible programme of course/seminar options to suit you and your staff, delivered competently and efficiently using well researched learning methodologies. All of our training is conducted in a lively, interactive manner, supporting clients to increase knowledge, skills and motivation simultaneously. Our belief is that if you get the people right the rest will follow and is at the core of our unique approach towards helping ordinary practices to become extraordinary practices. We are able to offer individual training on a weekly or fortnightly basis either at our office or at yours; mini group training at our premises or at yours and bespoke training for as many staff as you require on a two half days or full day basis or over a longer period.
